The CYLCOMED Cybersecurity Toolbox is an integrated suite of AI-driven tools designed to protect connected medical devices (CMDs) across clinical environments. It includes LADS (live anomaly detection system) and LOMOS (log monitoring system) for real-time threat detection, FE4MED for end-to-end encryption of data, and LuS4MED, a decentralized identity management system linked to the C-OPA authorization module for fine-grained access control. Together, these components ensure secure data handling, continuous monitoring, and strong user authentication, supporting safer and regulation-compliant deployment of CMDs in healthcare.
