Established in 1988 as a spin-off of the Polytechnic University of Madrid, RGB Medical Devices specialises in creating cutting-edge healthcare solutions for hospitals and homes. One of RGB’s flagship products, VISION DUO, stands out as the first monitor featuring an integrated NMT Cuff. This device not only measures non-invasive blood pressure but also includes the advanced AUTO-PILOT system and a comprehensive graph displaying the patient’s progress throughout the entire procedure.

RGB Medical Devices contributes its expertise in advanced hospital technologies to the CYLCOMED project, prioritising patient safety and optimising device usability. Leveraging its proven track record, RGB focuses on enhancing safety through clinical innovations, ergonomic improvements, and process automation.

A standout contribution from RGB is its pioneering system for regulating neuromuscular transmission during anesthesia via drug infusion. Within the CYLCOMED project, RGB is actively involved in evaluating cybersecurity tools as software components for such devices. To support this, RGB has developed an evaluation setup featuring a digital twin solution that simulates patient behavior in a laboratory setting. This advanced test bench platform enables the assessment of both functional and non-functional requirements, including a comprehensive risk analysis of cybersecurity performance against potential hazards.
